Welcome to Unfittd AI. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Unfittd AI provides AI-powered body measurement analysis and clothing size recommendations across multiple brands. The Service includes body scanning, manual measurement input, size recommendation generation, and links to third-party retailers.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Unfittd AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free users may access a limited number of brand lookups per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and provide unlimited access. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store through which you subscribed.

4. Size Recommendations

Recommendations are estimates, not guarantees. Unfittd AI provides size recommendations based on your measurements, body type, fit preferences, and available brand size chart data. Actual fit may vary due to factors including garment cut, fabric, manufacturing variations, and individual body proportions. Unfittd AI is not responsible for clothing that does not fit as expected. We recommend reviewing the retailer's return policy before purchasing.

5. Body Measurement Data

By using the scanning or manual measurement features, you consent to the collection and processing of your body measurement data as described in our Privacy Policy. Photos taken during the AI scanning process are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The Service may contain links to third-party retailer websites. These links may be affiliate links, meaning Unfittd AI may earn a commission on purchases made through them at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our size recommendations. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by Unfittd AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfittd AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to clothing purchases made based on our recommendations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
