Body Measurements. When you use our scanning or manual measurement features, we collect body measurement data including but not limited to: chest, waist, hip, shoulder, inseam, arm length, and neck measurements. This data is used solely to generate clothing size recommendations.

Preferences. We collect your fit preferences (slim, regular, relaxed), height, and body type classification to personalize size recommendations.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including brands searched, size recommendations viewed, and purchase ratings submitted.

Photos. If you use our AI body scanning feature, photos are captured and processed locally on your device for measurement extraction. We do not store, upload, or transmit your photos to our servers. Photos are discarded immediately after measurements are extracted.

Device Information. We may collect device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve size recommendations across clothing brands
• Personalize your experience based on your body type and fit preferences

Affiliate Links & Third-Party Shopping

Unfittd may include links to third-party retailer websites. When you click a "Shop" link within the app, you may be directed to a retailer's website through an affiliate link. This means Unfittd may earn a commission on purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our size recommendations. Recommendations are based solely on your measurements and the brand's size charts.

When you leave our app to visit a retailer's website, that retailer's privacy policy governs your interaction with their site. We encourage you to review their privacy practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or body measurement data to third parties. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing) that may access data as needed to perform their functions
• Aggregate Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., average sizing trends across brands) that cannot identify individual users
